Balance between work and leisure
At SG Finans we want to ensure that employees enjoy a balance between work and leisure. The company has a scheme for flexible working hours and also gives extra holidays in addition to the statutory requirement, so that employees have 5 weeks holiday and extra days off at Christmas.

The social and sporting side is also important, both for our employees' wellbeing and to reduce absence due to illness. For this reason, we have established our own SG Sport & Social Club, which regularly organises social and sporting events.
